The tube us a traditional V-shaped profile wire wrapped over support bars, and connected to these at every crossing by fusion welds.

This results in high mechanical strength combined with maximum open areas. Dependant on your requirements, we have a large scale of fine profile wires. The profile wires have to comply with strict tolerances. That way, the fine, tuning of our machines can guarantee you the highest precision and uniformity.

Radial Slot Execution

Standard design

For filtration from the outside to the inside (FOTI). The profiles are welded with the widest profile dimension outermost to the internal support bars. The outside working surface is smooth.

Radial Slot Execution

Special design

For filtration from the inside to the outside (FITO). The profiles are welded with the widest profile dimension outermost to the internal suppoer bars. The inside working surface is interrupted by the path of support bars.

Axial Slot Execution

Special design

For filtration from the inside to the outside. In this type of execution the slot forming profiles are parallel to the length of the slotted screen cylinder. The internal working surface is smooth. The support wires are wrapped from the outside around the slot forming profiles and are connected to them by pressure welding.
